Making a payment to the District of Columbia Government is secure and fast. Payments may be made online using debit or credit cards. To pay fees or fines owed to DOB/DLCP, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the number of the Notice of Infraction (NOI), Special Assessment, Vacant Registration, Surveyors Request, Certificate of Occupancy, Home Occupation, re-inspection fee or permitting fee.

    Example – 20ENF-HOUS-1234 (NOI), A1213424 (Special Assessment), 20RE-INSP-12345 (re-inspection), B2000000 (permit), 20RVP-REG-12345 (Vacant Registration), CO123456 (Certificate of Occupancy), TAPP21000001 (Special Event license) and Vending related licenses (VSP-00000, VEB-00000, VFM-00000, LAPP21000000, VREN21000000, SREN21000000, BREN21000000)

  2. Select “Next” to begin the secure payment process.
  3. Follow the directions on the secure site to complete payment.
  4. Be sure to retain the payment confirmation for your records.
